Project development

The BNAL working method is how to work with project development.

The secretariat will help the members to:

Formulate project ideas

The network members formulate common project proposals in a "One page summary" form that should be send in to the secretariat. The secretariat together with the board valuate the project proposals and decide about further handling: To go for partner search or to first project meeting.

Partner search

Partner search can be made by themselves or with help of the secretariat.

First Project meeting

When the partners are identified and have agreed about the project idea it is time to call for the first project meeting.
Usually it will be a one day meeting were the partners together formulate the project and write an application and decide were to send the application for financing.

One from the secretariat should participate in the meeting, to give support and help to the application work and function as a "process leader". Before the end of the meeting a project plan and an application for financing should be ready.

The project participants should investigate the possibilities for financing the project in their own country in advance and bring the information to the meeting.
